Our Values

When we formed Ultima, we understood very quickly that our business needs to reflect the values we incorporated in our personal life and found them important to resonate good. We found that those actual values are furthering not only ourselves, but our surrounding as well. We truly believe that the way you treat people and yourself should be impeccable. Simultaneously with providing excellent results to our clients, it is necessary to examine every once in a while how broad and profound our values are and how we are implementing them on our day to day. This is what we are doing.

Loyalty

For us it means faithfulness to commitments, clients, obligations and cause. Our clients and our suppliers need to understand that we will follow through our commitments, we will do nothing to jeopardies them, whether this is a result of work not done appropriately or by communicating or working with third parties. We are committed to our cause which is to be the best in our field and to help our client grow while covering them from all angles.

Authenticity and Honesty

For us Authenticity is to be true to ourselves and Honesty is towards everyone that we encounter. The story that we are telling ourselves about ourselves should always reflect the truth and we must, no matter what, reflect, draw conclusions, progress and grow. No matter the pressure we are under, we are always committed to our values. Honesty should lead us in all our encounters in the sense that even if it is harder to communicate the truth and even if we are not sure it will benefit us, we should always take the honest trajectory.

Responsibility

For us responsibility is being accountable for something within our power, control, or management. We should always keep in mind that our clients and suppliers trust us and we should always deliver on time and at the most professional way. We should be accountable for our mistakes, admit and progress.

Competency

For us is the capability to apply or use knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform our tasks in a defined work setting. At all times, we need to ask ourselves if we are competent enough to perform the task ahead and help our client. If not, we should make sure that he will get the right services from the competent service provider. If we took the task upon ourselves, we should always strive to provide excellent results. Ask ourselves, is there anything else we could have done, would someone perform this task better? if the answer to one of the questions is yes, we should go back to work. Our clients deserve the best. Further, we should always improve, learn and grow no matter how much pressure is on our backs.

Ambition

For us this is an eager desire to achieve our goal. Our goal at that sense is divided into two: (1) be the best that we can be (2) be the best in what we do. Simple as that.

Creativity

For us is the tendency to accept ideas, alternatives and possibilities that will be useful in solving problems. One way to achieve creativity is by encountering many business cases in the field of activity. Other ways include collaborating and recognizing that thinking outside the box is mandatory.

Curiosity

For us curiosity is the desire to accumulate knowledge. The understanding that if you will not ask, not as just a mean to hear, but as a mean to know, you will bot be able to expand your horizons. To say “this is not my concern” may result in limiting your ability to absorb knowledge. That said, curiosity shall not, under any circumstances, delay tasks deliverables.

Boldness

For us is taking the correct trajectory with confident in our self’s and our abilities even if this is not the safest or likable approach. We assure our clients that we will always speak up and not hide.

Determination

For us is the act of deciding definitely and firmly and pursuing the end results with fully intention to complete the task on the better side. There is nothing that is not possible.
